Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how the Supafork website and related services (the “Service”), operated by Draftor Inc., a Delaware corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collect, use, and protect information about you. “Supafork” is a product and brand of Draftor Inc. By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

• Waitlist and account details. When you join the waitlist — by entering your email or by signing in with Google — we receive your email address and, from Google, your name and profile basics. We never receive your Google password.
• Session data you choose to sync. If you use the Supafork CLI during the beta, the agent sessions you import or sync (prompts, tool calls, timelines, and related metadata) are stored on our infrastructure so we can provide the product’s core features: storage, search, sharing, and portability. Syncing is opt-in and initiated by you.
• Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage (pages visited, referrers, approximate location from IP). We do not use analytics data to identify you personally.

2. How we use information

We use the information above to operate and improve the Service: to manage the waitlist and grant beta access, to provide session storage, search, and sharing, to communicate with you about the product, and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the content of your synced sessions for advertising.

3. Sharing and processors

We share information only with the service providers that run our infrastructure — hosting, database, email delivery, and analytics (currently Vercel, Supabase, Resend, and Google Analytics) — each bound to process it solely on our behalf. Sessions you explicitly share via an invite or public link are visible to the people you share them with; you can revoke access at any time. We may also disclose information if required by law.

4. Retention and deletion

We keep waitlist details until you ask us to remove them and synced session data for as long as your account is active. Email hey@supafork.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data — including everything you have synced — and we will honor it within 30 days.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted to the team members who need it, and we follow the principle of least privilege across our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data we will notify you without undue delay.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

7. Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
